Extra and Ultra long working distance Plan Apochromat objectives

Corrected for four colours and guaranteed flatness the Plan Apochromat objectives are ideal for applications ranging from failure analysis inspection and biological research.

Description
Equipped standard with a M26 x 0.706 mounting thread to reduce the need for adapters the Plan Apochromat objectives make replacement and/or integration hassle-free.
The Plan Apochromat objectives are available with both Extra and Ultra long working distance versions in addition to a high numerical aperture version thus allowing your selection to be guided by your application requirements instead of compromises.
Also available in a Motic unique feature Parfocality Adjustable the Plan Apochromat objectives bring the convenience of the biological microscopy to industrial applications.
Using the highest magnification or specialised objective as a standard the remaining objectives [in a standard microscope setup] can be parfocal to the standard's focal plane for convenience.
In applications where the sample's height might vary from sample to sample the parfocality adjustability is asset.
Instead of bothering with refocusing the system you can make the slight focal plane adjustment through the objective.

Probe Station for Failure Analysis: Originally designed for integration into our PSM-1000 Modular Laser Ready Microscope the Plan Apochromat objectives can also fit other manufacturer's microscopes.
The objectives provide the crisp and true colour representation need to ensure the wafer from a specific production run is functioning properly as designed.



Machine Vision: Complementing either high magnfication fixed or zoom lenses the Plan Apochromat objectives seemlessly provide additional magnification crisp and flat imagery and colour representation. The M26 x 0.706 mounting thread allows the Plan Apochromat objectives to fit to majority of the market available zoom tubes and magnification lenses.



Non Contact Atomic Force Microscopy: As an integral part of these systems the Plan Apochromat assumes a role inside the delivery mechanism for biological research and industrial metrology applications.
